Pavilions

Construction of the six family pavilions at the community-donated Fort Jackson Centennial Park began in Oct. 2018 and were completed in the Spring of 2019.
Local builders constructing the pavilions pro-bono include Covert Homes, Essex Homes, Great Southern homes, Hood Construction and Mungo Homes.
Centennial Park will enhance gatherings during Family Day activities and Initial Entry Training graduations.
Local master carver Ron Clamp designed the Greek revival style park which will be a timeless tribute to those who serve and have served our Nation. The granite slab seats of the 150-seat amphitheater are in place and will serve as a venue for reenlistment, promotion and retirement ceremonies as well as marriages and other events.
